Obama Promises 1099 Repeal, Eyes Tort Reform in State of the Union Speech
In his constitutionally mandated address to Congress, President Obama offered his plans for the next year and beyond in areas such as defense, energy and government reform, including two specific issues of great concern to property/casualty insurers.
