Indiana: Litigation Loan Ban Bill Sent to Summer Study Committee

NAMIC testified yesterday at the Indiana House Judiciary Committee hearing on HB 1206, a bill that bans the practice of litigation loans in the state. The committee did not vote on the bill, instead moving it to a summer study committee.
