Washington: Problematic Protective Orders Bill Dies on Senate Floor
SB 5054, which was vigorously opposed by the business community, the insurance industry, and the Washington Liability Reform Coalition, died last week on the Senate floor. NAMIC sent out a Member Action Alert on Feb. 10 requesting that insurers contact members of the Washington state Senate to oppose the bill.
