Utah: Proposed First-, Third-Party Bad Faith Bill No Longer Legislative Threat
The sponsor and supporters of SB 88, the First- and Third-Party Bad Faith bill, have recently worked with the insurance industry to withdraw the proposed bad faith legislation and a bill to create a pure comparative fault system for UM/UIM insurance claims.
