South Carolina: Session Picks Up Where It Left Off in 2011

The South Carolina General Assembly convened last week for Part Two of its 119th session. According to a report from NAMIC’s communications partner in the Palmetto State, the South Carolina Insurance News Service, the legislative session is expected to be focused on a very small number of issues, including the budget, reforming the state retirement system, taxes, and education.
