Florida: Trial Court Finds for State CFO in Public Adjuster Case
In a case that will likely remain in the courts for several years, the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit for Leon County, Fla., has upheld the constitutionality of a Florida statute that limits solicitation by public adjusters for 48 hours after an event that may give rise to a claim.
