Description:
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide leadership consistent with our mission, vision and values and who will direct the development and implementation of long and short-range strategic objectives, operating business plans, policies, budgets and programs under the direction of the Board of Directors. As the face of Pinnacol, the CEO represents the organization to key stakeholders including representatives of government and regulatory agencies, the business community, the legislature and the general public.

Qualifications:
Our new Chief Executive Officer will bring extensive executive leadership experience, preferably within the insurance industry. A Graduate degree and a minimum of ten years of C-level operational/management experience with a $2B entity (income/assets) is strongly desired.
