Obama Formally Requests Debt Ceiling Hike
After last week’s controversial recess appointments by the White House, budget and tax issues were back in focus in Washington last week as President Obama formally requested congressional approval for the third of three debt ceiling increases authorized under last summer’s budget compromise.
