Democrats Consider Reconciliation on Healthcare
In closing out the summit on healthcare last week, President Obama said the question was whether Republicans and Democrats in Congress could achieve some level of agreement within six weeks or so. “And if we can't,” he added, “then I think we've got to go ahead and make some decisions and then that's what elections are for.”
