DOJ Responds to Congressional Request for Documents on Disparate Impact Case
As we have reported, a small group of lawmakers in Washington has launched an investigation into the controversial withdrawal of the Magner case, which was to be heard earlier this year. As part of that investigation, the Department of Justice has been asked to provide documents and witnesses to the House and Senate Oversight committees.
