Nevada: Credit-based Insurance Scoring Ban Bill Introduced

AB 162, a bill that would ban the use of credit-based insurance scoring in underwriting and ratemaking was introduced Feb. 16 and assigned to the Assembly Committee of Commerce and Labor. A public hearing has yet to be scheduled for the bill.
