Nevada: Assembly Committee Holds Hearing to Adopt NCOIL-Modeled Flex-Rating System

The Assembly Committee on Commerce and Labor held a public hearing last Wednesday on AB 155 to adopt an NCOIL-modeled flex-rating system; however the committee has yet to vote on the bill.
