HB 1394, Concerning Professional Liability Insurance Policies Issued to Construction Professionals, was introduced April 1 and passed, as amended, out of the House Business Affairs and Labor Committee April 7 on an 11-0 vote. The bill was scheduled for second reading in the House on April 12 but was laid-over daily.
