Rhode Island: Supreme Court Agrees With NAMIC Position on UM Coverage
The Rhode Island Supreme Court recently ruled that an “owned but not insured” exclusion was not ambiguous and therefore precluded coverage for uninsured motorists coverage, thereby agreeing with arguments asserted by NAMIC in an amicus brief filed with the court.
