CMS Delays Reporting Deadline for Medicare Secondary Payer
After weeks of urging by NAMIC, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services announced yesterday that it will delay implementation of Medicare Secondary Payer mandatory reporting. The first report was scheduled to begin on April 1, but has now been pushed back and will commence on January 1, 2011.
