Colorado: DOI-sponsored ‘Plain Language’ in Insurance Policies Bill Introduced

HB 1166, Concerning the Use of Plain Language in Insurance Policies, was introduced Jan. 22 and assigned to the House Business Affairs and Labor Committee. The bill has yet to be scheduled for a public hearing.
