Louisiana: Drywall Bill Amended in House
SB 595, legislation to prohibit an insurer from cancelling, non-renewing, or increasing rates on a policy due to the presence of drywall manufactures in the People’s Republic of China, was amended last week by the House Insurance Committee and sent to House floor.
