Michigan: FAIR Ballot Initiative Fails

Concern and proactive planning have abounded over last November’s bid at the Board of Canvasser’s for a ballot initiative by the Fair Affordable Insurance Rates, or FAIR, group. The initiative asserted, among other restrictions, an automatic reduction of rates by 20 percent.
