California: PIFC Joins Industry Regulatory Challenge to Insurance Department’s Iran Investment Initiative
NAMIC’s national insurance carrier state trade, the Personal Insurance Federation of California, joined other California state trades March 29 in filing a Petition for Determination with the California Office of Administrative Law challenging the California Department of Insurance’s Iran Investment Initiative.
