Colorado: NAMIC-Supported Insurance Guaranty Fund Modernization Bill Passes Second Reading in House
HB 1041 as amended, which would modernize the Colorado Insurance Guaranty Fund, passed out of the House Economic and Business Development Committee on a 13-0 vote, then passed second reading in the House on Jan. 28. The bill should be called for third and final reading any day now.
