Colorado: Auto Insurance Bill Packed With Rate Cost-Driver Provisions Sent to House Committee for Public Hearing
On the first day of the 2010 legislative session, HB 1074, Concerning Measures to Protect Consumers with Regard to Automobile Insurance Policies, was introduced and assigned to the House Business Affairs and Labor Committee for a public hearing, which has yet to be scheduled.
