Alaska: Legislators Adjourn Before Credit-Based Insurance Scoring Amendments Could Be Introduced

The Alaska Legislature adjourned its regular session, but without the introduction of legislation “that would have helped insurers provide insurance consumers with renewal rates that accurately reflect the consumer’s particular risk of loss exposure,” according to NAMIC’s western state affairs manager Christian J. Rataj.
