Michigan: NAIC Moves to Dismiss Michigan Database Fee Lawsuit
Database fees constitute a major source of NAIC revenue, and their growth over the years has been well documented. The fees comprise nearly half of the NAIC’s revenue $73.6 million annual budget for 2010 and are assessed individually to all insurers, based on their revenue.
