Illinois: After Back and Forth, Workers' Compensation Reform Passes

NAMIC’s state trade advocacy partner the Illinois Insurance Association reports that HB 1698, the workers’ compensation reform bill, passed yesterday and is on its way to the governor. He is expected to sign the bill.
