Louisiana: NAMIC Members Asked to Contact House Committee Requesting Support of Bill Amendments Restricting Underwriting/Rating Decisions When Chinese Drywall Present
Despite efforts by NAMIC and other industry representatives to stop SB 595, the legislation passed the Senate and was scheduled for the House Insurance Committee today. Liz Reynolds, NAMIC’s Southeast state affairs manager, contacted committee members yesterday asking that they support the amendments.
