Contact Louisiana House Insurance Committee to Support Amendments to Bill That Restricts Underwriting/Rating Decisions When Chinese Drywall Present
Despite efforts by NAMIC and other industry representatives to stop SB 595, the legislation did pass the Senate and has now been scheduled for the House Insurance Committee tomorrow.
