Update Provided on Market Conduct Annual Statement

Missouri’s John Huff, chairperson, Market Information Systems (D) Task Force, provided an update last Tuesday to his group on the recent changes made to the Market Conduct Annual Statement and to the progress in preparations for the expanded MCAS to be collected next year by the NAIC.
