Senate to Vote on the Paul Ryan Budget Proposal

Last month, the Republican controlled House of Representatives passed a 2012 budget proposal written by Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, R-Wis., which Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., has indicated he will bring to the Senate floor on Thursday.
