Missouri: Governor Issues Executive Order Dealing With Insurance Matters Related to the Joplin Tornado
NAMIC has learned from our trade partner the Missouri Insurance Coalition that Governor Jay Nixon has issued an executive order concerning insurance operational issues such as premium payments and cancellations related to the Joplin tornado. Importantly, the executive order adopts several consumer protections related to public adjusters.
