Nevada: NAMIC Submits Written Testimony Supporting Motor Vehicle Towing, Storage Reform Bill
The Senate Commerce, Labor, and Energy Committee held a public hearing March 9 on an insurance-industry-supported motor vehicle towing and storage reform bill designed to promote competition and reform in how towing and storage companies process and bill insurance consumers and insurers for their services. NAMIC submitted written testimony supporting the legislation.
