2010 FAC Issue Update - Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee

The Obama Administration recently released a proposal for a Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee to be levied on the largest financial firms with the stated goal of recouping taxpayer money from the recent financial crisis bailouts.
