Colorado: House Passes Legislation to Streamline, Simplify, Economize Consumer Complaint Process for Auto Insurance Adverse Actions

HB 1289, Auto Insurance Complaints Adverse Action, passed out of the House, as amended, Feb. 21 on a 64-0 vote. The bill had previously passed out of the House Economic and Business Development on a 9-0 vote. The bill has now been referred to the Senate Business, Labor and Technology Committee for a public hearing.
