Connecticut: Glass Bill Dies but Adverse Bills on Spoilage, Medical Bills Pass as Legislative Session Ends

Most bills of concern to the property/casualty industry, including a measure to establish restrictions and requirements for glass repair referrals, did not survive the end of the legislative session on May 9, but two adverse bills were approved by both chambers of the General Assembly.
