Florida: Legislature Gearing Up for Session
The Florida Senate Banking and Insurance Committee last week released a draft of legislative language to address property insurance issues. In a statement to interested parties, the committee emphasized its mission, as charged by the senate president and chairman, “was to develop a bill that would balance consumer protections with regulatory and rate reform.”
